The Roxy battle from Beat Street made its mark in hip hop history, I never get tired of that historic scene, what a sad way for a legend to die a horrible death!
R.I.P Buck 4, you were the best, never forgotten..
I hope both Buck 4 & Kuriaki are able to see from heaven how b-boying re-emerged on a worldwide scale thanks to the hard work & dedication by Crazy Legs, surviving RSC members & the old & new generations of b-boys/girls that continue to push this amazing dance form into the future & keep it & their memories ALIVE....
R.I.P brother ... Gone but you'll never be forgotten.
Does anyone know who killed Buck 4 & Kuriaki? Is the person or gang who did it, in jail?
I am 45 yrs old. RSC inspired breakers world wide. Buck 4 has serious floor skills. Watch his 5 pt shuffle in Hey you.. Straight arms all the time. We started a crew, Paragon Breakers in Phx AZ. We were featured in in several television programs nationally in the 80's. Our biggest battle was in Tempe Diablo Stadium, Fresh Fest. Our crew of 8 turned out the LA Breakers, including Boogaloo Shrimp.j There was at least 20 of them. Televised. Ice T and me laughed for the next 2 hours getting drunk. Bullet-

Was their murders connected? Did his brother really kill him? Why? So sad
Was "Flex" with the RSC, also??? And what was his deal??? A lot of negative talk is directed at him, he sounds like a messed up dude. But, I had heard that Buck and Kuriaki was into to some negative stuff around the time when B-boying fell off in the late 80's.
Geez, all ya'll cats just full of speculations... I know the story since I was the one whom lived it... Flex (for the asshole he is) did not kill his own brother. Anybody, I mean anybody that knew them from Crotona, Prospect, 182nd, 183rd and Beaumont knew this. Flex did not become an asshole until he got into the drug game and that's where it all went left and yes, he had Kuri killed, that's a fact... Oh and that loser mother fucker Crazy Legs showed the killers where Kk lived in Mt. Vernon and his ass should be locked the fuck up as well, bet you didn't know that; ask him? He was one of Flex's runners back when Flex was making tons of doe, but that's a whole different story for another day... Bucky aka Buck 4 had his enemies as well and though to this day his killers have not been caught, but that's not to say, we don't know who they are. Going back to Flex; Flex had Kuri killed because in some sick way he thought Kk had Buck killed which is so far from the truth. If you knew K, you knew violence was not how he got down and something he never advocated even after his brother Angel got shot on 187th and Park Ave. Yeah nigga's I knew both families very well since I grew up in the neighborhood dating back to 1974. Stop the rumor spreading bullshit, if you don't know you don't know. Like I said, I lived it, I know. Having said that, before all the bullshit all them cats were cool, Flex, Buck and KK.
Well said my brother people want to be authors about shit they don't know nothing about nobody knows the facts like the deep Street dude at the end of the day them dirty doing dudes die a thousand lives every time they look in the Mirror A good dude does once those dirty bitches know who they are a coward grimy Motherfuck is and they can never look you in the face bitch made motherfuckers RIP Buck and K ur gone but not forgotten
I remember them all to we'll I actually saw kuri laying in the streets when he was killed and Bucky he was my forever crush. I remember the hookie parties in the basement RIP my old friends thank you for giving me some pretty great story about how I knew and hung out with the RSC! Forever in our hearts!
What's up yall! Ive been following the careers of these guys for many many years, now I'm not a 70's generation Bboy, not even an 80s generation Bboy. Ive been in the scene for many years and have represented and paid my dues in ad out. Anyway, I'm from the 90s but I've known many of these guys personally for 20 years now, including C-Legs, Swift, Lil Crazy legs, Spider Chino, Frosty Freeze was my best friend and mentor for more than 15 years. I met all the guys going back and forth between prov, RI & NYC When I was a kid dancing and I still do dance and travel till this day. What I will say is huge respects to the Marcano & Soto family. There are a lot of evil people in this world. I didn't get the chance to meet these two partners before their unfortunate demise, but we should all be careful what info we put out there online. Its very sensitive and its very private, I know a lot of you gentleman speaking knew these guys personally. Lets all keep the faith. God does not sleep, or does not forget. God knows who is who and what is what. Leave it in his hands, He will avenge all that is needed to be avenged. Keep praying. Word. Peace!
